Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 7-10 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team immediately.
