At Lal Hira , we are committed to delivering your products safely and as quickly as possible. Below is our shipping and delivery policy to help you understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Delivery Areas
Inside Bogura:
Deliveries are usually completed within 3–5 working days.
Outside Bogura:
Deliveries nationwide across Bangladesh typically take 3–5 working days, depending on courier service availability and destination location.
Shipping Charges
Inside Bogura:
Standard delivery fee of 80 BDT.
Outside Bogura:
Standard delivery fee of 120 BDT.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday.
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order has been successfully dispatched
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number or courier service details.
You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website or contact our support team for assistance.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
- Please ensure your phone number is reachable during delivery.
- If delivery fails after two attempts, the order may be returned, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- If the packaging appears damaged, kindly refuse acceptance and contact us immediately.
- For missing items, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
