Fulfillment & Returns
1. Shipping Guarantee
We hand over all orders to our courier partners within 24 hours of confirmation. While we guarantee dispatch, delivery timelines are subject to courier performance.
2. 24-Hour Inspection Window
Customers must inspect products upon delivery. Claims for damages or "wrong item received" must be reported within 24 hours with unboxing video/photo proof.
3. Fair Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated immediately upon successful return inspection. Depending on your bank or MFS (bKash/Nagad), the balance will reflect in your account within 5-10 business days.
